OUR VISION  

To be a beacon of light and hope to children growing up in a world that does not offer a message of hope. We desire to be a tangible support system for young children and their families who suffer from crisis. Through nurture, education and support, we hope to help bring restoration, stability and empowerment.

We recognize Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We will be a witness of Him to our children and their families in our words and actions. It is our hope and prayer that every child and family with which we have contact will come to know God in a personal way.

We wish to build awareness of and advocacy for the many young children and their families who suffer crises. We will reach into the community to create partnerships through which individuals and groups can tangibly impact the children and families through their service and/or resources. Through the partnerships of many, we aim to sustain and expand our resources so we will be able to reach out to the numerous children and families who could benefit from our specialized program.

Because children in crisis have very special needs and at times display behavior that is extreme, ranging from violent outrage to withdrawal from people or activities, we will provide a more personalized program where the children receive lots of attention from teachers and the comfort and security of a small group setting. We will invest our time, energy and love to do our part in maintaining Precious Lamb Preschool’s reputation of quality and integrity, so that every child who participates will be equipped and empowered to be active participants for good in the community.

We will always aim to be a school that is making a difference in the lives of young children, living in challenging family situations, in the greater Long Beach area.
